All Classes are held at the Heritage Centre at Bruce's Beauties parking Lot in St Francis Bay, South Africa

What does it cost?
R50 per class or R200 for an 5 class card.  10% of all profits go to various charity organizations in the area.

Can I arrive without booking a class?
To ensure individual attention, classes are small (max 8-9 persons).  To avoid disappointment bookings are advisable, especially during peak seasons.  When the demand arises we do make up more classes than are scheduled.  Private classes are also available.

What to bring?
Yourself;
A towel and some water to drink afterwards;
If you have long hair, a hair band

What to wear?
Yoga is done barefoot.  You do not have to wear any special clothing for yoga, however it is important to be comfortable and the clothes you wear should allow you maximum range of movement, a leotard and tights, comfortable sweat pants and T-shirt, gym clothes or loose fitting shorts are all fine.  It is best to wear clothes from natural materials, so your body can breathe.

Is there any special yoga etiquette I should comply with?
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before classes begin in order that you may be relaxed and ready to start the class on time.
For the benefit of your own hygiene and those practicing yoga around you, please arrive clean.  Bathing before and after yoga refreshes the body and mind.
