AFRICA YOGA
Dynamic Yoga Teacher Training Course from:
3rd - 30th of October  2010

This course runs for 4 weeks in total, and is very intensive. Six full days a week with breaks for lunch and tea.

Pre-requisites:

• 2 years of yoga classes with a teacher and a reference from the teacher
• a love and yearning for your own already established yoga practice
• a knowledge of the Ashtanga Primary Series routine. It is not necessary (though it is advantageous) that you practice the primary series regularly, as this is the base from which we work.

Bi-annually the Africa Yoga Centre offers an extremely popular, and exclusive Yoga Teacher Training Program.

Includes Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Power, Sequencing, Meditation, Philosophy, Marketing, Choreographing Music for Yoga.

The whole process is uniquely designed so that you learn every aspect of yoga through Discovery.

This knowledge is integrated into every level of your being through the intensive process.

Once you leave you intuitively KNOW Sanskrit names, technique, benefits, cautions, adjustments, variations as well as how to teach a dynamic yoga class.

However we hope you much more, we hope you leave with a stronger yearning for your own yoga practice and yoga in your life.

Accommodation is arranged in luxury houses, rented exclusively for candidates on the course and starts at USD400/month.
